Offerings at WCC

Saturday, April 12, 2008, 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

This spring, treat yourself to this relaxing writer's retreat at the elegant Chrysalis Inn & Spa! Guided by instructor Susan Colleen Browne, you'll explore your life through brainstorming and writing sessions, to craft your experiences into story form. With opportunities to share your writing, you'll also learn easy ways to enhance your storytelling talents and polish your work until it shines. You'll leave with drafts of several short pieces, and loads of ideas to expand into more stories. Come with pen, paper, or laptop, and bring your memories to vivid life!

Other Workshops...

Susan is available to present "5 Steps to Starting Your Book" to your writer's group or event.

Are you short on time, but have a story or book burning inside you? Then join instructor Susan Colleen Browne for this fast-paced, intensive workshop for both new and experienced writers. She'll lead you through a 5-step process to transform an idea into a work-in-progress, and share brainstorming strategies and writing exercises to help you begin your manuscript. We'll also explore the secrets of productive writing, and how to stay inspired. You'll leave with a road map for a compelling book, plus a personalized writing plan to finish it.
